To empower young people to grow into emotionally strong, socially connected, and mindful individuals in a fast-paced, digital world. We provide youth—and the families and communities who support them—with tools, education, and inspiration to build healthy habits, strong relationships, and a balanced approach to technology.

Programs 

We aim to inform, educate, and support youth and their communities. We do so through both student and parent workshops, advocacy, and resource sharing. The Mindful Generation supports a play-based childhood through initiatives and reimagining community spaces and creative offerings.

Interactive workshops facilitate real-world application of emotional and social skills, enabling youth to engage in meaningful ways. We partner with parents, caregivers, educators, and communities to explore how they can best support kids in living happier and healthier lives.

Through targeted advocacy and awareness efforts, we connect educators, parents, youth, and caregivers with impactful resources and programming. Our goal is to create informed communities equipped to support positive development, well-being, and digital balance.
